Fashion can be outright painful on several scenarios. As a matter of fact, a good number of stylists stand firmly by the believe that it has to be painful if you want it right. Though it heavily depends on the lengths we'd go to for style and finesse sometimes even more simple or basic accessories can cause pain. Here are some of the most proven painful fashion accessories;

Lace materials

Whether as a native attire, English dress or underwear, clothing materials made of lace can feel very discomforting to the skin and can cause irritations such as redness, rashes or swelling in time.

Canvases/boots

Though they go a long way in giving you an undeniable style, at some point canvases and boots make you at least uncomfortable or can outright cause pain. This is most typical when they are brand new, if they are slightly undersized or if you wear them for prolonged hours.

Skinny jeans

In recent times, skinny jeans have become a fashion accessory patronized by both males and females alike. It takes a great deal of work to wear them, rock them and even take them off, and the aches and potential nerve reactions in your thighs that they give makes you wonder why anyone who loves themselves will even consider wearing them.

Underwired bras

For the guys that don't know, some variations of bras are given support by the edges with metallic wires that have been sewn underneath. A lot of women have admitted to having to persevere through the day because of the insufferable comfort this underwiring inflicts on their lower chest area.

Chokers

Chokers have been around for the while. As the apt naming of this fashion accessory implies, chokers (worn over your neck) easily have choking and slight blood constricting effects.

Corsets/waist trainers

With variations of corsets and waist trainers dating as far back as the 16th century, corsets have been worn by both men (but mostly) women to train their torsos or waist to a desirable size (usually very slimmer). Corsets are excruciatingly uncomfortable, downing your food or breathing properly can be almost impossible when you have one on. There have been panic in regards to the ever increasing patronage of corsets and waist trainers despite the overwhelming medical complications attached to them. Below is an x-ray view of a woman's insides observed while she had a corset on;

Stiletto heeled shoes

With "stiletto" literally meaning a dagger like weapon or a short sharp knife, stiletto heels are those variations of heeled shows with very narrow and high heels. The minimum length of stiletto heels are at least 10 Centimeters (4 inches), how slim these heels can get are almost limitless. They require a great deal of skill and expertise to wear as they can be very trippy and uncomfortable. They can cause dislocation when you trip or give severe aches on your feet and knee areas due to prolonged wearing. However, on the good side, stilettos add a certain elegance and poise to your walking steps giving you a classy outlook.

**Fun fact**

Do you know a woman can have at least five of these accessories on at the same time on an average day? Can you imagine it?
